Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case you do not get value from a workshop or course, you can request a refund from us. The request for refund must be made within the allowed refund timeframe for the Service in question. To request cancellation and refund, please follow the steps below:
1. Write an email to pramiladhyani.team@gmail.com with your request for cancellation and refund. Include relevant information such as transaction date and number, service purchased. This will help us process your refund faster.
2. After our team acknowledges, verifies and processes your refund - the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 7 business working days.
3. After processing the refund, we reserve the right to revoke access to the Service for the customer.
For verification reasons, we require you to contact us through the email address used while purchasing our Service.
Please note that a cancellation request does not guarantee the refund of your order. The website reserves the right to reject a request for refund if deemed invalid per policy mentioned above or as mentioned during sale of a Service.
